Combat Shotgun focuses of giving the shooter the fundamental skills needed to successfully employ their shotgun in a safe, effective manner if faced with deadly force opposition. During this class, students will learn recoil management, dominant and non-dominant control manipulation as well as single handed operation and ammunition selection based on target distance and availability. Students will also be given the opportunity to test a wide range of carry solutions for their weapon and ammunition,

Pre Assault Preparation

Explore the science of self-protection

LAND NAVIGATION

This two day course covers how to read a topography map, using a compass to shoot an azmuth and gain bearing, learning your pace count, terrain appreciation as well as using electronic global positioning systems. Day one covers basic coursework such as: map reading, plotting coordinates and differentiating true north from magnetic north. Day two is a field exercise designed to test the students’ retention and navigational abilities.

PERSONAL AWARENESS / FIREARMS SAFETY

This class is an introduction to firearms. It is helpful for anyone who is unfamiliar with firearms but may come into contact with them as a result of their employment or personal life. Designed for people whose spouse is a law enforcement professional or who has a family member that is a concealed handgun license holder. Our PA/FS course deals with the fundamentals of firearms safety, basic operation of a wide variety of firearms, secondary considerations during a deadly force situation and much more. This is a stress-free, NON LIVE FIRE COURSE. Student questions and participation is encouraged.

COMBAT PISTOL

This course is designed to hone your skills, physically, mentally and technically to increase your effectiveness whether defending yourself on the street or your loved-ones at home. Combat Pistol is NOT an entry level course. It is intended to develop shooters to not only survive in critical incidents but to dominate their combat space through a combination of tactics and marksmanship. BASIC AMERICAN CARBINE

In today's increasingly dangerous world, sometimes being armed with a pistol simply isnt enough. If you are deploying a rifle as part of your job or you keep a rifle for home defense, recreation or shooting sports, knowing how to efficiently employ that rifle, as part of your tactical plan is crucial. STG's Basic American Carbine is a short, down-and-dirty user's course designed to give you repetitions of basic weapon manipulation as well as some tactical service insight helping you become an effective rifle operator.

Imagine one evening, you are standing at your local bank atm when a man approaches you produces a weapon and demands your money. You have a CHL and you are carrying your firearm. What do you do? PERSONAL SELF DEFENSE

This course is designed for the safety consious individual. Not amartial arts class, PSD offers its users real-world, immediately actionable concepts and techniques for improving ones situational awareness, personal safety when confronting a direct threat, and generalsurvivabilty in non-permissive environments. This course focuses on observation skills and teaches students to detect the breakdown in interpersonal communication leading to personal emergency situations. Students will explore various methods ofunarmed skills designed to break contact with an assailant and gain a safe position of advantage. In today's increasingly violent world this training will help to create a peace of mind for the safety of its users.

MED EMERGENCY FOR CHL

This Course is for CHL holders or those who regularly carry a firearms for self-defense. Sierra's Med Emergency for CCW equips it's students with the knowledge and skills to render immediate critical care for themselves or a partner who has received a life-threatening injury. Not a basic first-aid course, this class teaches students to staunch lethal blood loss and temporarily stabilize penetrating wounds to the upper thoracic cavity, similar to those created by a gunshot or the other puncturing injury.

SURVIVING MASS CASUALTY EVENTS

To prove America is in a crisis with violence all one must do is turn on the evening news. No place and no one is exempt from the dangers of those bent on destructive behavior. Our course puts the power of safety and survival back in your hands. From pre-event intelligence studies to medical aid application post attack, SMCE gives you and your family the edge to survive when violence is unavoidable. Students are encouraged to attend in pairs or groups of friends that they regularly socialize with, as team tactics are often developed in this course that can be later applied in real-world events.

CRITICAL CASUALTY FIRST AID

From auto crashes and accidents to assaults and mass casualty events, often times there is no predicting what type of medical emergency you may find yourself wrapped up in. 'But I only have one IFAK' or none...Critical Casualty First Aid will help you identify safe approach zones, snap-shot triage and employ improvised life-saving first aid techniques to have a maximum impact in a critical casualty environment. This course also covers IFAK selection and employment.

PISTOL FUNDAMENTALS

In consideration of warrior skill there are truly few advanced techniques. Those who excel in combat environments and the competitive firearms arenas have refined their basic skills to a point of unconscious competence. When sight picture, trigger management and malfunction clearance/reloads become autonomous then seeking cover, controlling combat space and problem solving can be introduced to the forefront of the fight. This course helps students focus on fundamentals of pistol operation to build that unconscious competence: efficient presentation from the holster, flash sight picture, trigger management, follow up shots and post engagement follow through will be worked extensively to push shooters into a position of greater understanding and capability with their weapon system.

F3 FIREARMS FUNDAMENTALS FOR FEMALES

Today, more and more females are becoming involved in the firearms industry, not just for self-defense purposes but also for sport and recreation. With this surge in female participants comes a need for understanding and proper instruction in the way women manage their weapon systems. This course does specifically that. Lead by a female instructor with nearly a decade of training and real world experience this course is tailored to help new and experienced female shooters become more proficient, accurate confident with their firearm no matter it's intended purpose.
